Maryborough is an interesting historic town to explore with many of the grand old buildings and historic cottages dating back to the gold rush era. The Historic Railway station with its Café and antiques is a must see for any visitor. The town also has a variety of pubs, cafés and restaurants, catering to all tastes.

Gold detecting is a popular past time for many visitors with gold tours and workshops available on a regular basis. Don’t miss a visit to Coiltek’s Gold expo and museum.

Lucky enough to stay two nights at this great Maryborough Motel. Very well located, motel rooms very clean and well fitted out. They appear to be brand new R/C Air Conditioners, great for warming up on cool Winter mornings. Large screen TV, comfortable chairs and a table. The Camp Kitchen is large and excellent with Air Con and TV, two large dining tables with chairs, with a choice of an adjacent BBQ under cover. The Hosts are very friendly and also customer focussed. All in all highly recommendable.

Was very happy with my motel room. It was clean, quiet and comfortable with everything you needed supplied. Bed and pillows were great. I was a walk in booking after a funeral so very grateful I could get a room. Thank you Terri & Dirk, if I am in Maryborough I will definitely stay again

Friendly staff, good price.We have stayed here every year for the last 2-3 years when we take the kids to see their grandparents. It is easy to get to, close to everything needed. Could not complain. We have stayed in the family motel room and just recently the villa which we loved. Kids loved the pool in summer and when we stayed the other week we found a play area which they really enjoyed. It will definitely be a yearly spot for us.
